About Oliver
Oliver Goblirsch is an entrepreneur and real estate investor from the Stuttgart region. Active in the market since 1997, he bought his first property in 2001 at the age of 21. Today he runs SIB Suevia Immobilien Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH and Vivum Wohnbau GmbH in Germany as well as SIB Suevia Real Estate in Dubai. His focus is on buy-and-hold investments in Germany and off-plan and villa projects in the United Arab Emirates.
